Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ I'm Beth and I'm a photographer, recipe creator and AIP expert.

I had tried elimination diets in the past but they were just short-term diets not lifestyle changes. Then my health tanked after the birth of my son and was desperate for some relief from debilitating symptoms. Western medicine said that I was 'functional' and said that there's nothing else they could do. I'd basically have to get significantly worse for them to be able to help me.

 

Simply put, I realized if I wanted to feel better then I was going to have to take charge of my health. And food was the logical first step as it didn't require a prescription.
